The maiden edition of the Pan-African Framework for Director Development Programmes (i.e., DDP Framework) was completed and launched on 27 February 2024.
This groundbreaking initiative is a collaboration between:
- African Corporate Governance Network (ACGN)
- University of Essex
- Multiple African & UK stakeholders
Our Vision:
Enhancing cross-border director mobility across Africa by building capacity in our organizations and developing competent, competitive directors who drive:
- Sustainable organizational prosperity
- AU Agenda 2063 goals
- UN SDGs implementation
What Makes This Special:
The framework embraces ALL African businesses - from large corporates to SMEs and informal operators who form the backbone of our continent's economy.
We believe effective corporate governance is the KEY to Africa's economic transformation and renaissance.
